Healthcare, Education, And Niche Platforms — What We Build Beyond E-Commerce
If you look at our portfolio, you’ll see e-commerce projects. But you’ll also see clinic management systems, an IoT platform for smart water infrastructure, an education platform with 5,000+ families, a multi-family financial office website, and a biography site for an international speaker.
Here’s a look at the diverse systems we build and the patterns we see across industries.
Healthcare Platforms
We’ve built clinic management systems that handle appointment scheduling, patient records, doctor availability, billing, and WhatsApp reminders. The key insight: healthcare platforms in India need to work in low-connectivity environments, support Hindi and English, and integrate with existing clinic workflows rather than replacing them.
What works: a simple check-in flow that the receptionist can operate, automated reminders that reduce no-shows by 50%, and a patient portal where users can view past prescriptions and lab reports.
Education & LMS
The Indian education market has unique requirements. We’ve built an LMS for a Krishna consciousness education platform serving 5,000+ families. Key features included age-based course tracks, progress tracking, certificate generation, payment integration, and community features.
The lesson: education platforms succeed when they reduce friction for the parent (easy enrollment, clear progress visibility) and automate administrative work for the institution (attendance tracking, payment reconciliation, batch management).
IoT & Smart Infrastructure
One of our most technically interesting projects was iPUMPNET — a smart water infrastructure platform that combines IoT sensor data with AI analytics. The platform monitors pump performance, detects anomalies, and predicts maintenance needs across large water distribution networks.
The technical stack: Next.js for the dashboard, IoT data pipelines, real-time analytics, and a sophisticated alerting system. This isn’t an e-commerce project — it’s an engineering platform that solves a real infrastructure problem.
Niche Specialists & Service Businesses
We’ve built websites and booking systems for interior designers, financial advisors, speakers, yoga studios, automobile dealers, and luxury rug sellers. Each one required a different approach, a different content structure, and different user flows.
The common thread: these businesses don’t need an e-commerce store. They need a platform that builds trust, showcases their work, and makes it easy for potential clients to reach them.
The Pattern
Across all these projects, the pattern is the same: understand the operational problem first, then choose the technology. Sometimes the answer is a Shopify store. Sometimes it’s a custom Next.js platform with IoT integration. Sometimes it’s a simple WordPress site with a booking engine.
We don’t have a specialty. We have a process. And that process works the same whether we’re building an e-commerce store or a smart infrastructure dashboard.
